Letting Go Of Past Hurt~~Part 1



Let go of the hurt you are carrying around~~it does not serve you.

If we hold on to hurt and resentment, it robs us of fully experiencing joy. It also drains our energy and prevents us from fully living in the moment. In order for us to heal and be whole, we need to forgive the hurts, and let them go, without holding resentments.

This is very difficult at times. I have overcome a childhood filled with hurt, abuse, and loss. I learned some very important lessons through my first marriage--which was a repeat of the abuse``but I have 3 amazing children from it that I adore ♥

The key is, become determined to not be a victim. Decide, make a choice to change and grow from the experiences, not to grow bitter and perpetuate them. Think different thoughts--because they will become much of our reality. So, to learn to let it go, you have to decide that you are more important than holding onto the pain. When you decide that--you are on your way to growing whole...
